Copyright terms policy

The copyright to the submitted manuscript is held by the Author. In the Manuscript submission form the Author declares that the research, used materials and the manuscript itself do not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, of any third party and will not lead to any conflict of interests with any third party. If excerpts from other copyrighted works are included in the article, the Author must obtain written permission from the copyright owners. Also, the Author declares that the manuscript submitted for publication has neither in part nor as a whole been published or submitted for publication at the same time in any other scientific journal.
